Banana Smoothie

For a Fat Free dessert, liquidise one or two bananas with some Skim Milk and serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Fat Free Chicken Noodles

Saute chopped chicken peices (fat removed) in some chicken stock. Add stir fry veges and season to taste. In a seperate saucepan, cook pasta of your choice in salted water only until al dente. Drain and add to chicken stir fry.
Serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce. . . Delicious!

Fat Free Muffins

Mix 3 and a half cups of Nutty Wheat
Flour with a tsp Salt and a tsp Bicarb. Add a cup of Brown Sugar and stir in 2 cups of Buttermilk. Choose 1-2 cups of any fruit or dried fruit and mix well. Spoon into a non-stick muffin pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15mins or until a knife inserted into the centre of a muffin, comes out clean. Serve immediately with fat free cottage cheese and your favourite jam.
Even those not watching their weight just love these Muffins.
